Preshredder for PE agriculture films
The function of the preshredder is to preshred the agriculture films like LDPE films etc. Even though it is with 70% sand or dust impurity for the mulch films, the preshredder could process without any problem. The greenhouse films can be also processed by the preshredder.

he principle of the preshredder machine is with the working of the rotary blades mounted on the shaft and fixed blades to shred the raw materials PE films into pieces. The final films scraps will be around 100-200mm. With large feeding mouth and the high torque shaft rotation, the processing capacity could reach 2000kg – 300kg/h. It will largely reduce the dowm stream processing strength. Before feeding the baled or loose films, should check if there is big metals and big stones get into the shredder. To guarantee the shredder work well, we need get rid of the big metals and big stones. After shredder, the raw material could be transfered to the rotation drum screen to further remove the small stones and dust and sand. It will largely reduce the sand and stones to relief the down stream work load.
