    Application:
    It is design to dry PP PE films, such as agricultural film, greenhouse film, plastic film, PE household waste film cleaning, PP woven bag cleaning and drying, etc.It plays an important role in the plastic washing line. 

    Structure:
    It includes: motor,enhanced gearbox, strength screw, cylinder, heater and die mold, cutting device,wind transmission and material storage silo.

    Principle:
    It uses the principle of extrusion dehydration. The rotating screw to push and squeeze the raw material to the die mould , and cut the material into about 10-60mm through the die mold and particle cutting device. The moisture content after extrusion is within 3-5%. After pelletizing it will be blown into the material storage silo.

    Benefits:

    ● Make the traditional film cleaning and drying simple. Without the dehydrator, raw material can be directly from the rinse tank.
    ● Expressed dry, 3% -5% of the material moisture can be used directly for granulation.
    ● Easy to operate, with automatic control.
    ● Screw and cylinder using 38CrMoA1A, nitride depth 0.5mm
